How We Use Your Information

• Respond to inquiries and provide the free assessment or calculator results you request;
• Assess eligibility and prepare, submit, and manage immigration applications on behalf of retained clients;
• Communicate with you about your file, including with IRCC, ESDC, or other relevant authorities on a
client's behalf;
• Meet our regulatory and legal obligations as a CICC-regulated practice; and
• Improve this website and our services.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it only:
• With government authorities (e.g., IRCC, ESDC, CBSA) as required to process an application you have
retained us for;
• With third-party service providers you choose to work with (e.g., certified translators, credential evaluation
agencies, language testing centres, or medical practitioners) — only to the extent necessary and, where
applicable, with your knowledge that you are contracting with them directly;
• With a person you have specifically authorized to communicate with us about your file, per the third-party
authorization terms in your Retainer Agreement; and
• Where required or permitted by law, such as in response to a valid legal or regulatory request.
Electronic Communication
By using this website or engaging our services, you consent to receiving communications electronically and to the
electronic storage of your information. We take reasonable steps to secure electronic communications and storage,
but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and inherent risks (such as interception, delay, or

Data Retention
For retained clients, we retain file information, including copies of documents and correspondence, for a
minimum of six (6) years following the completion or termination of your engagement, in accordance with CICC
regulatory requirements. Information submitted only through general website forms or free tools (without
becoming a retained client) is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, unless you
ask us to delete it sooner.
